Rates
$110 for initial individual session/consultation
$ 85 for individual 45-50-min session
$125 for individual 75-min session
$ 50 for individual 20-min session

$220 for initial couple/family session/consultation
$170 for 90-min couple/family session (to stabilize)
$115 for 60-min couple/family session (post-stabilization)

$40 for group sessions

Phone support available:  $2/min for established clients
 
Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan.
  
I am a participating provider in Highmark Insurance Plans and BC/BS Indemnity Plans, Health Assurance's MH Net, and Tricare.

Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• What is my copay?
• What credential is required for covered services?
• Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?

Employee Assistance Plans (EAPs)
Some employers provide EAP services as a part of an employee benefit package.  Such services may include assessment and referral, assessment and short-term intervention, and assessment and short-term problem resolution.  I am credentialed with Ceridian / Life Works and Carebridge EAP plans.  Please contact your EAP directly for authorization for these services.

Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.  Please go to the "Make a Payment" page to process your payment via paypal (credit card, health savings accounts, debit card). 

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the scheduled session, not just your copayment.
